Healthy Lifestyles Small Groups

There are many facets to maintaining good health. In this initiative, we will explore some of the things we can do to improve our physical, emotional and spiritual health. The following groups are being formed. 

  • Running
  • Intramural Basketball
  • Stress Reduction through Centering Prayer
  • Yoga
