Must we accept stories that speak to our heart but not to our mind at face value to be a Christian? How can a modern, informed person look past the stories to the truths that lie behind them? This six-week course will use the book "A New Christianity for a New World" by Bishop John Shelby Spong (Episcopal) as the basis for discussion.
