When the Marketing Team has assisted with promotion of an event, a follow-up to review the success of the event is requried. This form must be submitted within 30 days of the event and will be reviewed at the next Marketing Team meeting. It will be kept with the Marketing / Event Request for future reference.
Complete this form to request assistance from the Marketing Team to promote an event. All requests will be reviewed at the next team meeting to determine the level of assistance that can be provided. Please submit your request a minimum of four months prior to the event. To assure uniformity and professionalism, the Genesis graphic standards must be followed.
