Marketing / Event Request Follow-Up

When the Marketing Team has assisted with promotion of an event, a follow-up to review the success of the event is requried. This form must be submitted within 30 days of the event and will be reviewed at the next Marketing Team meeting. It will be kept with the Marketing / Event Request for future reference.

Attendance

Provide a general description of attendees (age, gender, families, etc.)

How, specifically, did Genesis benefit?

If a fee was collected or a donation taken, provide amount and confirm whether expenses were covered.

Which marketing venues seemed most effective?

What would you change for the next event?
